      Location: the hotel was really close to two biggest malls and the center and resturant for break fast. Tried some takeout specials at Mooyah, luckily it was not too far from the venue. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of food and hot drinks.

      Enjoyed a spacious suite, with amazing views from the rooftop pool that offered a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The personal touches, like a handwritten note from the staff.

      One evening we returned to find our room not cleaned. The management's response felt a bit slow, and I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up on my complaint. This inconsistency in service was unexpected from such a reputed hotel.

      fabulous base for a long stay, has good view of the mountain and the mosque. the location is great, near to many shopping malls, the center, and the restaurant. plus, it is set 3 km from oman avenues mall. a nice touch is also the hot beverages in the pool bar. every visit to muscat we like to stay here.

      The kitchen was totally bare. Not even two dining plates! And the lights in the room were dimmer than my hopes. Given the apparent chaos, i thought a welcome gift or upgrade woudl ve been in order. Nearly left a good review but just couldn't.
